## Description

This is not a traditional hourly or salary position. Instead, it’s an opportunity to **build a business with the support, training, and systems already in place**.

In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to help them find coverage that fits their needs, while developing your own client base and income stream.

## Requirements

**Required:**

-   Active **Health and Life Insurance License** (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
-   Strong communication skills with a **consultative sales approach**

-   Stable Internet
-   Working Computer (Desktop or laptop) with at least

**Preferred:**

-   Previous experience in **insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services**
-   Familiarity with health and life insurance products
