## Description

**Responsibilities**

-   Deliver premium concierge services to VIP patients and ensure an exceptional patient experience
-   Manage patient appointments, registration, reception, billing, and general administrative duties
-   Handle patient enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person
-   Ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive patient journey throughout the clinic visit
-   Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, and clinical procedures
-   Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' instructions
-   Promote and support patient adoption of the QHMS mobile app and digital healthcare services
-   Educate patients on healthcare services and facilitate referrals where appropriate
-   Support daily clinic operations, including inventory control and medical supply management
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
-   Perform blood taking procedures where qualified and authorized
-   Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

## Requirements

**Qualifications, Training and Experience**

-   HKDSE / HKCEE or above
-   Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
-   Passionate about delivering premium patient care and concierge level service
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle patient information with confidentiality
-   Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications to support patient engagement and clinic operations
-   Fresh Graduates are Welcome
-   **Experience in Hospitality/ Aviation/ Luxury retail industry would be an advantage**
