## Requirements

-   1-3+ years of experience working in retail, spa, hospitality or service-oriented environments; luxury preferred
-   Sales-obsessed with experience upselling or cross-selling a multitude of products and/or services
-   Ability to adhere to operational processes linked to scheduling, performance, and guest experience
-   Proficient in navigating different POS systems, software, and technologies; Zenoti preferred
-   Excellent written & verbal communication
-   Open availability preferred with a strong emphasis on flexible scheduling
-   Ability to lift up to 25 lbs depending on the role
