**Overview**

**Bassett Healthcare Network**, in Central New York, is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist-Medical Oncologist to join our staff.

-   **Salary Range: $625,000 - $708,000**
-   **Sign-on Bonus: up to $200,000**
-   **Fellowship Stipend: up to $60,000**
-   **Location: Cooperstown, NY**

**Job Description & Responsibilities**

**The Bassett Regional Cancer Program** has been continuously accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center since 1947 and the American Society of Clinical Oncology since 2021. The program is also a member of the ECOG-ACRIN with close to 30 years of participation in NCI and sponsored clinical trials.  The program has a collaborative and multidisciplinary model, which includes onsite Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Pathologists and Radiologists, including an active weekly tumor board. The program has a comprehensive support team that includes Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Financial Counselors, a Nutritionist and Palliative Care Practitioners.

## Requirements

**Job Qualifications**

-   MD, DO or MBBS
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible
-   Completion of an accredited USA Hematology-Oncology Fellowship
-   NYS Licensure
-   BLS Certification Required
-   DEA Required

-   Salary Range: $625,000 - $708,000 based on a 4-day work week.

-   _This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards_

-   Sign-On Bonus: up to $200,000
-   Fellowship Stipend: up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
