## Description

**About the Role:**

Perth Medics is seeking a motivated part time (6 days a fortnight) Medic Manager to lead and support our clinical workforce. This role is responsible for developing and supporting a capable, well-trained, and compliant team of medics.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the management team, with being responsible for rostering, recruitment, training and continued professional development, while maintaining high standards of clinical governance and operational excellence.

The Medic Manager will receive an annual salary of $35,000–$38,000, pro‑rated against a full-time equivalent salary of $62,000

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage medic rostering and workforce allocation to meet operational demands

-   Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and credential management
-   Coordinate training courses, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions, and competency maintenance
-   Provide leadership, supervision, and wellbeing support to the medic workforce
-   Ensure compliance with Clinical Practice Guidelines
-   Drive continuous improvement across clinical practice and professional development
-   Oversee maintenance and reordering of equipment and stock

## Requirements

-   Progression towards a relevant Clinical Qualification
-   Experience in workforce management and rostering
-   Strong knowledge of Perth Medics training requirements and clinical practice guidelines (CPG's)
-   Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills with ability to effectively manage conflict resolution and performance challenges
-   Experience in leading Perth Medics Inc. events and participation in resolving event operational challenges
