## Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project / Program Manager to lead complex supply chain transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering SAP implementations, managing project governance, and engaging senior stakeholders at Steering Committee level.

Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP supply chain projects and programs, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality.
-   Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
-   Apply SAP Activate methodology to structure delivery and support effective project governance.
-   Prepare clear executive status reports and present progress, risks, issues, and decisions to senior stakeholders and Steering Committees.
-   Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
-   Coordinate business teams, technology teams, and implementation partners to achieve agreed delivery objectives.

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications and Skills**

-   At least 15 years of experience in Project / Program Management, including a minimum of 10 years managing SAP projects or programs.
-   Successful delivery of at least three implementation projects as Project Manager or Program Manager involving SAP supply chain solutions such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, or SAP TM.
-   Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
-   Demonstrated expertise in program management, project governance, and senior stakeholder management.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to produce executive status reports, communicate project plans, and facilitate Steering Committee discussions.
-   Strong understanding of the Supply Chain Management domain.

Preferred Qualifications**

-   Familiarity with tools such as Jira, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Signavio, and ServiceNow.
-   Swedish language proficiency.
-   Based in Stockholm or the surrounding area.
