This role is for one of Weekday’s clients  
Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 6-8 LPA)  
Min Experience: 5 years  
Location: Bengaluru

## Requirements

**Position Summary:** The role involves managing customer interactions, handling quotations and purchase orders, supporting external sales teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes. The ideal candidate should have **engineering expertise**, strong knowledge of **CX and CRM tools**, and experience working in an **MNC environment**.  

**Key Duties**

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

-   Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
-   Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation), prepare and send **quotations** based on customer requirements.
-   Process **purchase orders (POs)** and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
-   Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Sales Coordination & CRM Management

-   Maintain and update customer interactions in the **CRM system** to track sales activities. 
-   Analyze customer requirements and provide insights to the external sales team. 
-   Handle documentation and coordination for **import and export** transactions
-   Generate and analyze **MIS reports** for sales tracking and performance evaluation.

External Sales Support

-   Work closely with the external sales team to provide back-end support. 
-   Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into sales.  
    

**Skills & Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor's degree in **Engineering** (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). 
-   Hands-on experience in **CX and CRM tools** for managing customer relationships. 
-   Experience working in an **MNC environment** with cross-functional coordination. 
-   Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and **MIS reporting**. 
-   Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
