## Requirements

### 🛠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

-   **ICU Experience:** 2+ years of recent Intensive Care experience.
-   **Versatility:** Proven experience in **both** Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) departments.
-   **Floating:** Flexibility to float between ICU, ER, and Med Surg units as facility census requires.
-   **Certifications:** Current BLS & ACLS.
