We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Technician Level 3 to join our team. 

**Job Summary:** The Industrial Technician Level 3 will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventive maintenance, repairing down equipment and a commitment to workplace safety. 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a swing shift with hours that will vary during peak periods. Pay is DOE.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:** 

-   Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including over 100 different pieces of printing equipment that includes conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, spring loaded etc. 

-   Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime. 

-   Install, align, and dismantle machinery and equipment as required. 

-   Collaborate with the maintenance team and management to troubleshoot and resolve operational problems. 

-   Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. 

-   Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. 

-   Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed. 

-   Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest industry practices and technology. 

-   Communicating at a high level with management team and operators 

-   Train operators on techniques to keep equipment running smoothly 

**Qualifications:** 

-   High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. 

-   Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or in a similar role (minimum of 5 years preferred). 

-   Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, automation, and electrical controls. 

-   Proficiency with servo motors, AC/DC systems, belts, drives, and low-voltage technology. 

-   Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics. 

-   Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. 

-   Familiarity with safety regulations and practices. 

-   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

-   Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and work for extended periods.
