## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Senior Analyst to join our financial sector client's well established Global Security Command Centre team, based in Gurgaon. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring and responding to security incidents, ensuring the safety of the company's global assets, personnel, and facilities. This position requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

-   Monitor security systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and other technologies to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.
-   Promptly assess and escalate security threats, emergencies, and incidents to the appropriate personnel and teams.
-   Follow established protocols and procedures to manage security incidents, coordinating with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and third-party vendors as needed.
-   Document all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in a detailed and accurate manner.
-   Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and external partners to provide updates on ongoing incidents and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
-   Assist in conducting regular security checks of facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting any anomalies or vulnerabilities and participate in all security audits.
-   Participate in training programs to maintain and enhance knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and technology updates.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review security processes and recommend improvements based on observed trends and incident analyses.
-   Support the Shift Lead and other team members in various tasks related to security operations.
-   Stay informed about global security trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, surveillance, or a related field.
-   Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods.
-   Proficiency in using security technology, including CCTV, access control systems, and incident management software.
-   Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise reporting.
-   Good knowledge of MS office, Power BI, Lenel etc. will be an advantage.
-   Quick decision-making abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following established protocols and guidelines.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
