## Description

Head of Group Risk Management  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework across the organization.  
\- Oversee risk governance and compliance to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.  
\- Conduct risk assessment and management activities, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative analysis.  
\- Provide strategic risk leadership, particularly for major capital projects and investments.  
\- Ensure business continuity by leading crisis management planning and coordinating effective response measures.  
\- Identify and monitor risks specific to the energy sector, with emphasis on upstream and midstream operations.  
\- Lead and develop a team of risk management professionals, fostering a culture of proactive risk management.  
\- Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and track the implementation of risk mitigation plans.  
\- Prepare executive-level risk reports for presentation to the Board.  
\- Develop and deliver comprehensive risk training programs to enhance organizational risk awareness and capability.  
  
Experience Requirements:  
\- Minimum of 5 years professional experience, with at least 8+ years in senior risk management roles.  
\- Proven track record in risk management within the energy sector, preferably in upstream and midstream operations.
