## Description

-   Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.

-   Interact regularly with team members located in different regions and occasionally with leadership on a range of topics.
-   Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and direction.
-   Architect solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
-   Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmap and technical strategy.
-   Implement and advocate for best practices in software engineering and design patterns.
-   Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies.
-   Maintain and enhance existing software applications to optimize performance and functionality.
-   Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
-   5+ years hands-on experience with **Java, Spring, RDBMS**.
-   Strong object oriented design and development skills, data-structures and algorithms, and design patterns.
-   Excellent analytical ability.
-   Strong experience with **relational databases logical modelling**.
-   Strength in **querying large relational databases** in an optimized manner.
-   A culture of incorporating unit test cases when designing systems using **Junit**.
-   Ability to write **scripts in Shell/Python**.
-   Strong collaboration and communication skills.
-   The candidate will work in a global team where clear and concise communication skills are a must.
-   Work independently following proper coding standards.
-   Exposure to leveraging AI agents and automation tools across software development, validation, and production deployment.
-   Hungarian citizenship and fluent Hungarian/English language skills is a must.
