Now, we’re looking for a **Product Lead** who understands how to build, scale, and monetize consumer products.

### What you’ll do

-   Own the product roadmap from idea → launch → scale
-   Drive **retention, engagement, and monetization**
-   Build and optimize **gamification systems** to increase daily usage
-   Design and run **A/B tests** to improve conversion and LTV
-   Work closely with growth, design, and engineering teams
-   Turn user behavior and data into clear product decisions
-   Continuously improve onboarding, paywalls, and core user flows

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in product management

-   Experience in B2C mobile apps (subscription-based is a big plus)

-   Strong understanding of monetization, retention, and LTV

-   Hands-on experience with gamification and growth loops

-   Data-driven mindset (comfortable with analytics & experiments)

-   Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy

-   Strong communication skills
