**We're Hiring |** Specialist/ Consultant ENT

📍 Location: Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and qualified **Specialist / Consultant ENT** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care, manage complex cases, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
-   Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT care.
-   Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice.
-   Evaluate and manage hearing, sinus, voice, and balance disorders.
-   Manage emergency ENT conditions and provide appropriate treatment.
-   Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists.
-   Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
-   Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT.
-   Valid **DHA eligibility or license**, or eligibility to obtain one.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant level.
-   Strong knowledge of modern ENT treatment protocols and surgical techniques.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
