**The Role**

We're looking for a People & Talent Generalist to help build and scale our global teams across Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the US as we grow across multiple markets. This role will own key people operations processes, talent acquisition initiatives, employee experience programs, and HR policies, ensuring we attract, retain, and support exceptional talent while maintaining a strong and inclusive culture. We are currently at 50 employees but are growing rapidly.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple functions and geographies
-   Manage onboarding, off boarding, and employee lifecycle processes
-   Monitor and improve key people metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives
-   Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and people programs in compliance with local employment regulations
-   Own core people operations, including HR systems, employee records, benefits administration, and documentation.
-   Support performance management, employee development, and talent planning initiatives
-   Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters, policies, and best practices
-   Coordinate board meetings, resolutions, corporate filings, and governance documentation

## Requirements

-   4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a high-growth startup environment.
-   Fluent in English
-   Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations across one or more of our operating regions.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative environment.
