## Description

**We are making every property transaction transparent, fast, and fair for everyone it touches. 🏡✨**

Property is one of the largest, slowest, most opaque markets in the world. A typical UAE transaction involves a buyer, a seller, two agents, a brokerage, a developer, a bank, a regulator, and weeks of friction across them. Most of that friction exists because the underlying product is bad - fragmented data, manual handoffs, and incentives misaligned with the people the product is supposed to serve. We're rebuilding that infrastructure. 🔧

Engage is the operating system for how property gets bought, sold, and rented in the UAE. 🇦🇪 We're owned by Cencorp Group and embedded inside some of the country's largest brokerages - betterhomes, CRC, Linda's - which means our product touches a meaningful share of every property transaction in Dubai.

This isn't a typical support ticket role. You'll be embedded with the customer success and product teams to understand new features as they're built, then translate that understanding into clear, client-facing documentation that helps brokers and users actually adopt what we ship.

When you're rebuilding infrastructure that brokers and agents rely on every day, the quality of your documentation is the difference between a feature that gets used and one that gets ignored. That's what this role owns.

You'll be working on live projects from day one, learning features as they ship and turning them into documentation real users actually read and rely on.

### What we're offering

🧑‍🏫 **Active coaching** from the customer success, product, engineering, and design teams, who are deeply invested in your growth, skill development, and resume building.

**👀 Direct exposure** to how a product team builds and ships features.

💪 **Real ownership** over customer-facing content that clients rely on.

**📄 A portfolio** of published feature articles and documentation you can take with you.

🤜🤛 **Cross-functional experience** working with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

### The basics

- **Location**: Dubai, onsite
- **Duration**: 3 months
- **Start date:** 1 September 2026
- **Compensation**: Unpaid - see what we're offering above

### What you'll do

- Learn new product features directly from PMs and engineers as they're developed - attend walkthroughs, ask questions, test the feature yourself.
- Understand complex workflows and how different systems interact (e.g., how a lead moves from creation to assignment to deal closure across our platform).
- Translate technical or internal explanations into simple, jargon-free language a non-technical client can follow.
- Write feature articles and how-to guides that users can reference at any time.
- Maintain and organize a growing library of documentation so it stays current as features evolve.
- Work with Customer Success to identify which features generate the most client confusion, and prioritize documentation accordingly.
- Gather feedback from users and support tickets on where documentation falls short, and iterate.

### What you'll have

- **Strong written communication** \- you can take something complicated and explain it in a few plain sentences. You'll demonstrate this in the application task.
- **Curiosity about how software works, even without a technical background.** You don't need to know how something is built; you need to care enough to understand how it behaves.
- **Comfort sitting with confusion until it resolves** - you ask basic questions until something actually makes sense, and you don't move on until it does. That's a feature of this role, not a gap.
- **Attention to detail** - documentation that's 90% right is documentation that erodes trust. You notice what's missing.
- **Empathy for busy, non-technical users** - you write for the person who has five minutes and no patience for jargon.
- **An AI-first mindset** - you're comfortable using AI tools to research, draft, and learn faster.
- No specific degree required. Interest or coursework in product, UX writing, technical writing, or customer success is a plus.
