Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer an opportunity for a French Speaking In-Game Support Analyst. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for gaming and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. As an In-Game Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to assist French-speaking players by addressing their queries and ensuring they have an enjoyable gaming experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver real-time support to French-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community forums.
-   Identify and troubleshoot a variety of in-game issues, providing assistance for technical problems related to gameplay and accounts.
-   Document and manage player issues within the support ticketing system, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up.
-   Communicate clearly with players to explain game mechanics, features, and updates.
-   Collaborate with the development team to relay player feedback and identify recurring problems.
-   Stay updated on the latest game releases, features, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support.
-   Contribute to the enhancement of support processes aimed at improving player satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming industry, is advantageous.
-   Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to assist players with various technical challenges effectively.
-   A genuine passion for gaming, with a good understanding of game mechanics and community dynamics.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
-   Familiarity with customer support systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
-   A positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to exceptional player support.
