Skilled Nursing Facilities

New Hampshire - Lebanon, Franklin, Claremont, Concord, Milford, Keene, Rochester, Exeter

Contract

Days/Mid/Nights

$18-$21/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

**Personal Hygiene & ADLs:** Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting or incontinence care.

**Mobility & Transfers:** Assist residents with walking, transferring between beds and wheelchairs, and repositioning bedbound residents to prevent pressure sores.

**Meals & Hydration:** Serve meal trays, feed residents who need assistance, and track fluid and food intake.

**Vital Signs & Monitoring:** Measure and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and daily output (urine/bowel movements).

**Reporting & Observation:** Alert LPNs or RNs immediately about changes in a resident’s physical condition, skin breakdown, mood, or behavior.

**Comfort & Safety:** Keep resident rooms clean and safe, answer call lights promptly, change bed linens, and provide emotional support.

## Requirements

Active LNA license

CPR/BLS (if available)

1 year of experience
