## Description

**COSMOTE Global Solutions NV**, a key player in the ICT industry and part of the OTE Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced **Squad Lead** to lead and mentor a dynamic team of software professionals. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Owns end-to-end delivery accountability across all squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment.
-   Manages cross-app dependencies, leads the technical shift strategy, and is the single project management interface with head of unit and senior management.
-   Coaches the team, drives continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-   11+ years of experience in software development and team leadership roles.
-   Experience in software engineering as a team lead or technical lead
-   Hands-on background in Java and/or JavaScript / React development
-   Strong working knowledge of Agile and Kanban, including WIP management and flow metrics
-   Experience managing technical migrations or platform shifts
-   Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management
-   Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business-level status and risk language
-   Proven delivery accountability — ownership of outcomes, not just execution
