Physical Therapist

_**($15,000.00 Sign-ON Bonus, Relocation Assistance Package, Lucrative Compensation/Benefits Package!)**_

We are actively hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join the team. In this role, you will have the chance to provide top-tier rehabilitation care in an outpatient clinic, working closely with a diverse group of patients and contributing to their recovery and quality of life.

**Position Responsibilities:**

-   Conducting initial evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
-   Administering various therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and electrical stimulation), and patient education.
-   Educating patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention to ensure long-term recovery and improved functional outcomes.
-   Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
-   Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet their rehabilitation goals.
-   Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards.

## Requirements

-   Experience: Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
-   _**Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license.**_
-   Education: A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
-   Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
-   Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and team members. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-   Patient Care: Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
