### The Role

The Leasing Advisor owns the full journey from first contact to signed lease. This is not a coordination role. It is not order-taking. You close.

The Growth team exists to bring homes into the Belong system and connect the right residents to the right homes fast. You are the person who makes that happen with precision and care. Every day you delay is a day a homeowner loses income and a prospective resident waits for a home they need.

This is a high-ownership, high-accountability position. You will manage complex conversations, negotiate terms, navigate objections, and build real relationships with both homeowners and prospective residents. The volume is real. The pace is real. The bar is high.

You will not succeed here if you wait to be told what to do. You will not succeed here if you treat this as a call center job. You will succeed if you own your pipeline, your relationships, and your outcomes without being asked.

### What You'll Own

### The Leasing Pipeline

You own every lead from first inquiry to signed lease. You decide the cadence, the follow-up strategy, and the close. Nothing disappears into a void because you put it there.

### Homeowner and Resident Conversations

You lead the high-stakes conversations. Pricing discussions, objection handling, lease terms, complex situations. You bring confidence and empathy in equal measure. You understand that behind every leasing decision is a real person with real stakes.

### Cross-Functional Coordination

You work seamlessly with Operations, Member Experience, and Homecare to ensure every home is ready before a resident moves in. You surface blockers early. You do not let internal friction become a member problem.

### Pipeline Discipline and Reporting

You track every lead, every follow-up, every outcome with precision. You use data to identify where deals stall and what it takes to move them forward. You surface patiterns to the Growth team so the whole system sharpens.

### AI-Powered Leasing Execution

You use AI tools to move faster, draft smarter, and surface insights your competitors miss. You are not afraid of automation. You embrace it because it gives you more time to do what only you can do: build trust with real people.

### What We're Looking For

### On Experience

-   3 or more years in sales, leasing, account management, or a related field where you were measured on outcomes
-   Experience in real estate, hospitality, or any environment where the member experience is the product
-   A track record of managing complex multi-party conversations and closing outcomes that hold
-   Fluency with CRM tools and a data-informed approach to your pipeline
-   Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Spanish is a strong plus for this Buenos Aires role

It also feeds the intelligence of the entire Growth team. The patterns you surface, the objections you hear, the friction you flag: all of it makes the system smarter and the next leasing cycle faster.
