## Description

A Creator Facilitator is responsible for workload, time, and budget management of multiple simultaneous series of innovative content developed leveraging an state-of-the-art AI-driven platform. This role requires experience with getting artists to deliver on time and on budget in high pressure production situations without sacrificing quality, or morale.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Facilitate artists to make GenAI serialized short form content: Supervise content production teams, bolstering each artist’s strengths and finding ways to spread work to backstop weaknesses. Manage personalities to maintain good morale. Ensure they are focused on the most important issues at hand, and help get blockers removed, enabling them to deliver quality content on time and within budget. 
-   AI integration: Work with technical teams to help bring more AI capabilities into the production processes workflow.
-   Familiarity with filmmaking or animation: Understand traditional foundations, principles and procedures of producing filmed entertainment, especially serialized short form content. 
-   Oversee AI-generated content quality: Conduct human review and provide producer feedback to artists to drive them to create a compelling narrative for the audience. 
-   Collaboration: Work closely with marketers, designers, and subject-matter experts to align AI-assisted content with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
-   Learning Agility: Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies, platforms, and complex processes.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 years of experience supporting artists to make great entertainment 
-   Proficiency in producing and production management tools
-   Understanding of content production principles and workflows 
-   Ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously
-   Excellent attention to detail and creativity
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
