Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Ride-Sharing App Department, based in Greece! In this exciting role, you will be the crucial link between our Italian-speaking users and our ride-sharing platform, providing top-notch support and assistance with their inquiries. Your fluency in Italian will enable you to create a seamless experience for our riders and drivers.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat
-   Assist riders and drivers with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app
-   Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues
-   Offer customers guidance on app features, promotions, and ride options
-   Collect customer feedback to help improve our services
-   Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
-   Experience in customer support, preferably within the technology or ride-sharing sector
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-   A proactive mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
-   Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with customer support software and online technologies
