## Description

Benefits:  
\- 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month

Responsibilities:  
\- Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.  
\- Prepare and submit progress claims.  
\- Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.  
\- Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.  
\- Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.  
\- Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.  
\- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.  
\- Carry out other QS-related duties as required.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.  
\- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.  
\- A&A project experience is required.  
\- Main Contractor experience is preferred.  
\- Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and measurement.  
\- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
