## Description

Nabenet is looking for an experienced leader to step into a **parental leave cover** role as General Services Manager, leading our General Services and OES teams across Common Law, RSS, OES and Employer Direct Services.

About the Role

This is a genuine leadership position overseeing a team of approximately 3 direct reports, with broader influence across consultants and staff spanning multiple service lines. You'll drive performance, quality and growth across Common Law, RSS, OES and Employer Direct Services, while also delivering your own billable case work, QA and training in line with company targets.

As part of Nabenet's leadership group, you'll play an integral role in helping the business live its values day to day.

It's a role suited to someone who's confident balancing hands-on clinical/casework delivery with the responsibilities of leading and developing a team — including training, coaching, file reviews, and supporting consultants through complex or sensitive cases.

What You'll Be Doing

- Driving outcomes and growth across Common Law, RSS, OES and Employer Direct Services, and managing consultants within each service
- Overseeing the reports due list, QA processes and file reviews across services
- Delivering training, coaching and mentoring to new starters and existing consultants
- Supporting performance appraisals in conjunction with relevant managers
- Reviewing sensitive (yellow star) cases and helping determine case strategy
- Managing service-related complaints in conjunction with the Quality Manager
- Actively promoting all service types and contributing to account and marketing activities
- Participating in recruitment in conjunction with HR
- Attending and contributing to internal case reviews and staff meetings
- Providing coverage for Team Managers as required
- Personally delivering billable case work, QA and other services in line with FY26/27 KPI targets

What We're Looking For

- Tertiary qualification and current registration in one of: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Nursing, Exercise Physiology, Paramedicine, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing and growing teams
- Demonstrated ability to grow business and foster strong customer relationships
- Advanced communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Workers' Compensation, occupational rehabilitation and injury management
- Experience within employment services and/or recruitment
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

What You'll Get

- A genuine leadership role with a seat at Nabenet's leadership table
- The opportunity to shape outcomes across multiple service lines and teams
- A values-driven culture built around customer service, quality, outcomes and teamwork
