### About the role

As a School Success Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for a group of partner schools within one geographic area. You'll support each school from the moment it joins the programme through to ongoing delivery, making sure teachers have what they need, equipment works, and the programme runs smoothly in the classroom. This is a hands-on, school-based role with weekly visits to the schools in your cluster.

### What you'll do:

**Onboard schools and set teachers up for success**

- Coordinate with schools and internal teams to make sure classroom equipment (laptop, projector, speaker) is in place before launch, teacher allocations are confirmed, and onboarding documentation is complete
- Help teachers with basic technology set-up and act as their first line of technical support
- Train and support teachers in using the equipment and the Huddle platform
- Help teachers create class codes and onboard learners
- Log technical issues through the appropriate support channels

**Build strong school relationships**

- Develop trusted working relationships with teachers and school leadership
- Support teachers to use Huddle's video and workbook resources consistently and effectively

**Keep school information accurate and up to date**

- Maintain detailed school and teacher profiles, including which teachers teach which subjects, grades and classes, and any changes
- Record school-level challenges or constraints that may affect delivery
- Review and update shared tracking tools daily so all Huddle teams have an accurate view of each school
- Identify and escalate issues by priority, following established escalation procedures
- Capture and share feedback from schools on the product and technology

**Manage equipment and resources**

- Coordinate the distribution of learner workbooks
- Replace basic equipment as needed and maintain an accurate equipment register

**Collect monitoring and evaluation data**

- Schedule and conduct workbook reviews, capturing results accurately
- Carry out short, focused classroom observations
- Distribute and follow up on forms and surveys
- Capture attendance registers for extra-curricular programmes
- Collect historic and current academic data (e.g. systemic assessment results, matric results, Grade 10 Maths uptake, and termly WCED mark schedules)
- Follow up on outstanding school, teacher and learner data (ie POPIA forms etc)

**Coordinate logistics and visits**

- Manage assessment logistics at school level, including paper distribution, collection and day-of readiness
- Obtain school timetables and coordinate Huddle staff visits so they fit around each school's schedule
- Prepare schools for funder and partner visits

**Report and collaborate**

- Share regular updates on onboarding, data collection and programme delivery with the wider team
- Work closely with operations, training and academic product teams to keep communication with schools clear and coordinated

## Requirements

- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator who builds relationships easily with teachers and principals
- Comfortable working independently across multiple school sites
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Proficiency in English and one additional South African language (isiXhosa and Afrikaans an advantage)

To give you a glimpse into the role before applying, please consider the following questions:

- Do you thrive on building and nurturing strong relationships with others?
- Are you skilled at engaging in kind and candid conversations that ensure high levels of accountability?
- Do you enjoy managing projects and ensuring that key project milestones are met on time and on budget?
