## Description

**We’re Hiring – MEP Engineering Manager**

Location: Waslet Dahshour, Sheikh Zayed  
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineering Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee MEP design review, coordination, execution, and commissioning.
-   Manage subcontractors’ performance and ensure compliance with quality & safety standards.
-   Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of MEP works.
-   Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project integration.
-   Ensure testing, commissioning, and successful project handover.
-   Support procurement and logistics for timely delivery of MEP materials.
-   Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to MEP teams.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**  
\- 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering (5+ years in management)  
\- Proven track record in large-scale residential/commercial projects  
\- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering  
\- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes & project management tools  
\- Leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
