The Role

As Nurse Manager, you will have overall responsibility for establishing and managing a professional nursing agency supplying temporary and permanent nursing staff to healthcare providers throughout Scotland.

You'll lead all aspects of the service, including:

-   Developing and growing the agency
-   Recruiting, mentoring and supporting nursing staff
-   Building relationships with NHS Boards, Local Authorities and independent care providers
-   Ensuring safe staffing and high-quality service delivery
-   Maintaining clinical governance and regulatory compliance
-   Managing rotas, workforce planning and agency operations
-   Driving business development and identifying new opportunities
-   Delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and agency staff

## Requirements

We're Looking For Someone Who

✔ Is a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

✔ Has management experience within nursing, healthcare staffing or community services

✔ Understands NHS and healthcare workforce requirements

✔ Has experience working with agency staffing, workforce planning or complex clinical services

✔ Is commercially aware and enjoys developing new business opportunities

✔ Has excellent leadership and communication skills

✔ Wants to build a successful service rather than simply maintain one
