## Description

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
-   Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
-   Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities.
-   Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
-   Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
-   Assist clients with property information, documentation, and transaction-related queries.
-   Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
-   Achieve assigned sales and client relationship targets.
-   Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and real estate developments in Dubai.

WALK IN INTERVIEW

Time - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location - Meraki Developers - 1604, Sobha Sapphire, Business Bay, Dubai

## Requirements

**Minimum 6 months of experience with a UAE real estate developer.Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered.**

-   Excellent English communication skills.
-   Must speak **English + at least one additional language:** Chinese/Mandarin, Kurdish, Italian, Malayalam, or Arabic.
-   Strong client relationship, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
-   Real estate sales/client management experience preferred.
-   **Female candidates preferred.**
-   **Immediate joiners preferred.**
-   Candidates must be based in Dubai.
