**Position Overview**

We’re seeking an experienced **Lead Bath Installer** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, can lead installations with confidence, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on every project.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Install acrylic shower and bath systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
-   Lead installations in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas
-   Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision and care
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
-   Communicate effectively with customers and team members
-   Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations

## Requirements

-   2–3 years of experience installing acrylic showers and baths
-   Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-   Leadership ability and job site accountability
-   Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
-   Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely on ladders
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
