Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Danish Speaking Content Moderator working with an AI platform in our Social Media Department, based in Athens, Greece! In this innovative role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the quality and safety of social media interactions while leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. Your fluency in Danish will enable you to seamlessly engage with our users and moderate a wide array of content.

As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing user-generated content, assessing AI-generated outputs, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help you identify quality issues and areas for improvement, while also promoting a positive user experience. ### Responsibilities

-   Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media channels in Danish
-   Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance, ensuring adherence to community standards
-   Engage with users through comments and private messages, addressing their questions and feedback in a timely manner
-   Identify inappropriate content and behavior, and escalate issues as necessary
-   Collaborate with the AI development team to improve content moderation processes and effectiveness
-   Analyze community feedback to optimize moderation practices and enhance user engagement
-   Stay updated on social media trends, AI advancements, and effective moderation strategies

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
-   Experience with social media platforms and content moderation is preferred
-   Strong analytical and communication skills
-   Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
-   Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
-   Experience or knowledge of AI technologies is a plus
-   A genuine interest in social media and a commitment to fostering positive online communities
