Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Content Moderator, Backoffice Specialist in Sofia. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing user-generated content while providing robust support to the moderation team. You will ensure that all content adheres to community guidelines and assist with backoffice operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate and assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
-   Provide backoffice support by organizing and managing moderation records and documentation.
-   Respond to inquiries regarding content submission and moderation processes.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content, escalating urgent issues as needed.
-   Collaborate with team members to develop and refine moderation processes and community guidelines.
-   Monitor content trends and user behavior to optimize moderation strategies.
-   Engage in continuous training to stay updated on best practices and moderation tools.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or backoffice support is a plus.
-   Strong understanding of online community standards and moderation practices.
-   Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
-   Ability to approach sensitive issues with professionalism and tact.
-   Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage content-related challenges.
