## Description

The **Social Media Manager** will spearhead our client's digital presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. This role is dedicated to elevating our clients' brand through high-quality content creation, proactive community management, and strategic promotion of our services.

### Job Responsibilities

-   **Content Production**: Design and publish compelling multimedia content, including reels, short-form videos, and professional graphics.
-   **Account Management**: Oversee daily channel operations, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.
-   **Community Engagement**: Serve as the primary point of contact for our audience by managing comments and messages promptly and professionally.
-   **Production Coordination**: Lead video shoots for student testimonials and instructor features, ensuring high-quality output for YouTube and other channels.
-   **Performance Tracking**: Monitor growth metrics and provide actionable reports to optimize our social strategy.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
-   Strong proficiency in visual storytelling and basic video/photo editing.
-   Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
-   **Preferred**: Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.

**Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

-   **Internet Connection:**

-   Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
-   Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
-   Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

-   **Primary Device:**

-   Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

-   **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor.
-   A minimum of **8 GB RAM**.

-   **Backup Device:**

-   Must be functional during power interruptions.

-   **Peripherals and Workspace:**

-   A functioning **webcam**.
-   A **noise-canceling USB headset**.
-   A **quiet, dedicated home office space**.
