## Description

Join our team at Parallel Employment as a Forklift Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in warehouse operations by safely and efficiently moving materials and products for one of our manufacturing customers in the Lancaster area. This position offers a starting wage of **$17.50 per hour** and is a first shift role.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport goods within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring proper storage of materials. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Safely operate forklifts to load and unload merchandise.
-   Move materials to and from storage areas and production lines.
-   Conduct pre-operation safety checks on equipment.
-   Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
-   Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
-   Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

## Requirements

-   Must have prior experience operating forklifts.
-   Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
-   Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
