**Position Overview**

At LV Petroleum, we are seeking fast-paced, friendly, and detail-oriented PORTERS to join our travel center located in Grand Forks! Are you ready to be a part of one of the fastest growing travel centers in the US?! Then apply today!

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm at our travel center located at 1212 N. 47th St, Grand Forks

**Position Overview** 

In this important role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members by keeping our facilities in top condition. 

**Key Responsibilities** 

-   Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the Travel Center, including restrooms, showers, break rooms, public areas, and dining spaces. 

-   Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors to ensure they are clean and safe at all times. 

-   Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and properly manage waste disposal systems. 

-   Assist with minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any major repairs or safety issues to management. 

-   Help set up and tear down areas for events, meetings, or special needs as required. 

-   Stock and organize cleaning supplies to ensure they are always available. 

-   Greet guests warmly and provide friendly assistance when needed.

## Requirements

**Qualifications** 

-   Previous cleaning, janitorial, or porter experience is preferred, but not required — we will train the right person. 

-   Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, safe spaces. 

-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. 

-   Reliable, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 

-   Positive attitude with a willingness to assist team members and guests. 

-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
