### Position Details

-   **Role:** Data Analyst Lead
-   **Location:** Gurugram
-   **Work Mode:** Work From Office (Mon–Fri)
-   **Shift Timing:** 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
-   **Experience Required:** 5+ Years

### Key Responsibilities

### Data Analysis & Reporting

-   Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making.
-   Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
-   Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.

### Advanced Excel & Automation

-   Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, nested formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
-   Create automated reports and streamline repetitive tasks using macros/VBA (preferred).
-   Build dynamic reports and analytical models for operational and management review.

### Power BI & SQL

-   Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
-   Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
-   Work with relational databases and data modeling concepts to improve reporting efficiency.

### Data Management & Transformation

-   Clean, structure, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources.
-   Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies proactively.
-   Support business teams with data-driven recommendations and analytical solutions.

### Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
-   Present insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
-   Maintain professional communication through reports, presentations, and documentation.

### Required Qualifications & Skills

-   Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
-   5+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics roles.
-   Strong expertise in MS Excel and Automation.
-   Excellent SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with database querying.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
-   Knowledge of Python, R, VBA, or other automation tools will be an added advantage.
-   Candidate must have a laptop with minimum 16GB RAM and high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
