## Description

Hatzi Filax Group, on behalf of its client, a well-established organization currently investing in the modernization and digital transformation of its HR & Finance systems, is looking for an **IT Applications Specialist – Workday** to join their team.

The role reports to the IT Manager of the company , and will be someone who can own the Workday ecosystem end-to-end — from day-to-day user support and access management to reporting, integrations and continuous system improvement.

**Indicative Responsibilities**

-   Provide day-to-day support to Workday users
-   Manage user access permissions and security roles
-   Coordinate and support integrations between Workday and other systems, in collaboration with external consultants
-   Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
-   Collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance and HR departments, as well as external consultants
-   Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, data analysis and custom reports
-   Monitor data quality and perform system control checks
-   Document processes and provide user training

## Requirements

The ideal candidate would possess:

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
-   Broad knowledge of business information systems and IT applications
-   Strong knowledge of Workday, particularly in the Finance and HCM modules
-   Understanding of APIs, JSON and XML
-   Excellent command of English, written and spoken
-   Strong organizational, coordination and analytical/problem-solving skills
-   A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Nice to have**

-   Advanced computer literacy across broader IT/business systems
-   Prior experience supporting cross-departmental system rollouts or upgrades
-   Completed military service obligations (for male candidates)
