**Licensed Mental Health Professionals Across Long Island. Join our team at CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994.**

We are seeking **Licensed Mental Health Professionals** to provide high-quality clinical services to our patients in **Long Island, New York**. As a leading provider of Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers, we are committed to improving the quality of life for our older adult patients.

**About the Role:**

As a **Licensed Mental Health Professional** at CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, using evidence-based treatments to improve mental health outcomes.

You will:

-   Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health conditions
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
-   Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment goals
-   Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment progress
-   Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care

**Requirements:**

-   **One of the following: Licensed Mental Health Professional** (LMHP) credentials, including licensure in the state of New York
-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
