## Description

As a **Retail Area Manager, you will be responsible for** 7-10 store locations, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a company that values growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Lead and Inspire:** Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets.
-   **Customer-Centric Approach:** Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and maintaining the highest brand standards.
-   **Operational Excellence:** Oversee compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure timely implementation of company policies.
-   **People Development:** Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success.
-   **Drive Results:** Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
-   Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
-   Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
-   Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
-   Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
-   Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance.
-   Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.

Salary for this position is targeted at $85,000 DOE
