Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a **Compliance Specialist** to join our Compliance Department. The role is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the company's management systems, working closely with the business units and ensuring continuous compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes:**

-   Management and monitoring of ISO systems
-   Compile, review and manage management systems documentation
-   Support of internal & external audits
-   Detection, recording and monitoring of non-conformities and corrective actions
-   Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing the impact on the company's operations
-   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement compliance requirements
-   Preparation of reports and presentations

## Requirements

-   1-2 years of working experience in ISO system management or in related field
-   Bachelor’s Degree - Master's degree in a related field is a plus
-   Internal or Lead Auditor certification according to ISO
-   Familiarity with the European Union's regulatory framework
-   Excellent MS Office knowledge
-   Fluency in English & Greek (verbal & written)
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills
