## Description

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **real estate marketing and paid ads** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Set up, manage, and optimize **Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns;**
-   Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results based on data;
-   Track conversions, ROI, and key performance metrics;
-   Ensure campaigns are aligned with lead generation goals;
-   Use **Google Analytics and ad platform data** to evaluate campaign success;
-   Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization;
-   Provide performance updates and recommendations;
-   Plan and execute **social media posting** (primarily Meta platforms);
-   Maintain consistent brand presence and engagement;
-   Make outbound calls to past clients to request **Google reviews;**
-   Communicate clearly and professionally in English;
-   Follow scripts and workflows when reaching out;
-   Follow structured processes and workflows;
-   Work independently with minimal supervision;
-   Manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment;

## Requirements

-   Proven experience managing **Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns;**
-   Experience in **real estate marketing;**
-   Strong understanding of **campaign performance, analytics, and ROI;**
-   Hands-on experience with **Google Analytics and conversion tracking;**
-   Ability to **independently run and optimize ad campaigns;**
-   Strong **English communication skills** (especially for phone calls);
-   Experience with **social media management;**
-   Self-starter with the ability to work independently;
-   Comfortable working in a **flexible, task-based environment;**
