## Description

RemoteVA PH is hiring a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide remote support and technical troubleshooting across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools. This role requires a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

\-Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants

\-Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments

\-Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools (e.g., Gam Ninja) to monitor and resolve incidents

\-Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization

\-Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs

\-Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards

\-Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base

## Requirements

Qualifications

\-Minimum 2 years of IT support experience

\-Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues

\-Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems

\-Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)

\-Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks

\-Strong communication and remote collaboration skills

\-Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently

## Benefits

Salary: USD 700–750/month

Work Setup: Work from Home

Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH Time)
