## Description

**The Greenridge Group** is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management services for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking a **Construction Logistics Specialist III** to support one of the nation's busiest airport modernization programs. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating construction logistics, stakeholder communications, permitting activities, and program administration across multiple airport improvement projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate construction logistics activities across multiple airport projects.
-   Process, update, and distribute project forms and documentation.
-   Maintain project schedules, agendas, permits, and activity tracking.
-   Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals.
-   Prepare weekly workshop agendas and meeting materials.
-   Document meeting minutes and track action items.
-   Support CALM (Construction Activity and Logistics Management) processes and workflows.
-   Assist with airport-wide construction program administration.
-   Update dashboards and prepare project status reports.
-   Coordinate contractor onboarding and training.
-   Work with City agencies to support permit coordination.
-   Track concurrence requests and communicate approvals or restrictions.
-   Prepare presentations, reports, graphics, and other project deliverables.
-   Support multiple concurrent construction activities and special projects.

## Requirements

### Minimum Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field.
-   15 years of professional experience.

-   A graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience.

-   Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and agencies.
-   Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   General understanding of civil construction.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Master's degree.
-   Professional certifications such as:

-   PMP
-   PE
-   LEED
-   AAAE
-   AICP
-   or other related certifications.

-   Experience supporting large public agency or airport capital improvement programs.

### Technical Skills

Experience with:

-   Microsoft Outlook
-   Microsoft Excel
-   Microsoft Word
-   Microsoft PowerPoint
-   Microsoft Access
-   Microsoft Publisher
-   Adobe Illustrator
-   Bluebeam

Ability to create:

-   Dashboards
-   Presentations
-   Graphics
-   Gantt Charts
-   Project tracking reports
