**NOW HIRING – Production / Packaging Associate**

  
**Starting Pay:** **$11/hour**  
**Pay Increase:** **$15/hour after successful completion of 90-day probationary period**  
**Shifts:** **1st & 3rd Shift Available**  
**Job Type:** Full-Time

Looking for a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a local company? We are hiring dependable **Production / Packaging Associates** to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to work, willing to learn, and looking to build valuable manufacturing experience.

You’ll start at **$11/hour**, with the opportunity to increase to **$15/hour after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period**. No previous manufacturing or packaging experience is required. We are looking for people who show up, work hard, follow directions, and are willing to learn.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Package and prepare products for shipment
-   Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
-   Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
-   Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
-   Work efficiently while meeting production expectations
-   Work as part of a team to keep production moving

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
-   Good attention to detail
-   Ability to stand and work for extended periods
-   Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work well with others
-   Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus, but **not required**
