## Description

SearchPlus HR, a leading healthcare recruitment agency, is seeking a Consultant Neurologist to join a prestigious private healthcare provider. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver expert neurological care in a patient-focused, state-of-the-art private healthcare environment.

As a Consultant Neurologist in the private healthcare sector, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored treatment plans and contribute to advancing neurological services.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and evaluations of patients
-   Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests including MRI, CT scans, and EEGs
-   Diagnose and manage neurological disorders such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, migraines, and neurodegenerative diseases
-   Develop personalized treatment plans in alignment with best practice standards
-   Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout the care journey
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurosurgeons, physiotherapists, and primary care providers
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
-   Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to clinical governance activities

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with Board Certification in Neurology
-   Completion of accredited Neurology residency or equivalent training
-   Proven clinical experience as a Consultant Neurologist, preferably within the private healthcare sector
-   Strong knowledge of neurological diagnostic and treatment procedures
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
-   Ability to develop individualized care plans and manage complex cases
-   Commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical medical practices
-   Familiarity with private healthcare operational standards and patient confidentiality regulations
-   Proactive approach to continuous professional development and research
