## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Specialist Neurosurgeon** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves managing complex neurosurgical cases, performing advanced procedures, and contributing to high-quality patient outcomes in a multidisciplinary environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage neurological and neurosurgical conditions
-   Perform elective and emergency cranial and spinal surgeries
-   Manage trauma and critical neurosurgical cases
-   Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology, ICU, and rehabilitation
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
-   Board certification / Fellowship in Neurosurgery
-   Minimum 3 years of post-specialist experience
-   Strong expertise in cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures
-   Ability to handle emergency and trauma neurosurgery cases
-   Excellent surgical, clinical, and decision-making skills
-   Strong communication and teamwork abilities
