## Description

Creed Medical is committed to providing exceptional care by hiring passionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are dedicated to assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP at Creed Medical, you will provide hands-on support in daily living activities, help develop life skills, and promote community engagement for those we serve. You will play a critical role in fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life of our clients within a nurturing and supportive environment.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living routines.
-   Support clients' participation in social, vocational, and recreational activities.
-   Implement and follow individualized care plans while documenting progress.
-   Promote safety and well-being of clients at all times.
-   Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and the care team.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent is required.
-   Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
-   CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
