## Description

We’re looking for an **Audience Growth Specialist** to manage and optimize digital distribution across **social media and organic search**. The role focuses on growing reach, engagement, website traffic, and organic visibility rather than creating content.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage daily publishing across **LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms**
-   Build and maintain social media publishing calendars
-   Optimize posts for each platform, including hashtags, formatting, tagging, and accessibility
-   Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions
-   Support employee and executive social media advocacy
-   Analyze social performance and identify opportunities to improve **reach, engagement, followers, and referral traffic**
-   Execute **technical and on-page SEO**, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content
-   Monitor website SEO health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings

## Requirements

**3–6+ years** in social media, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth

Proven experience growing owned digital channels

Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and engagement

Hands-on SEO experience with **Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs**, or similar

Experience with website CMS platforms

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, high-growth environment**

Familiarity with **AI-powered marketing and SEO tools**
