Creed Medical is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote their independence, and enhance their overall well-being. ### Responsibilities

-   Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
-   Support and encourage participation in social, educational, and recreational activities.
-   Follow individualized care plans and document client progress accordingly.
-   Maintain a safe and positive living environment.
-   Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
-   Report any changes in clients’ health or behavior promptly.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required.
-   Experience in direct care or support roles preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-   CPR and First Aid certification preferred or within required time frame after hire.

Pay Rate $18-$20 per hour
