As a **Customer Support Specialist (shift work schedule)** your responsibilities will include:  

-   Provide exceptional support to our customers via email, chat, phone, and other channels
-   Collaborate with both internal support teams and external call center partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
-   Proactively advocate for the best interests of our customers
-   Escalate complex issues to team leads or other departments when necessary
-   Contribute ideas for improving self-service options, automation, and our knowledge base

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Proven experience in a customer-facing environment
-   A strong customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Fluency in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)
-   A positive, solution-oriented attitude
-   Experience with Intercom or similar support platforms is a plus
